Process for Marble and Granite

In our processing units in Kishangarh the dedicated team of workers and progressive instrumentality to rework raw marble and granite into the dazzling merchandise that we tend to see in Residential and Commercial spaces. For the processing of marbles and granites, we use best quality raw material. Our processing unit is equipped with Gantry Crane, Dressing Machine, Single Saw Cutter, Multi Saw Cutter, Gang-Saws and Automatic Polishing Machine.

Granite Process

ROUGH BLOCKS
Raw Marble blocks received from Quarries located at India, Italy, Spain, Vietnam, Turkey etc.
CUTTING OF BLOCKS
Block is being dressed on Single Saw Cutter from side which requires removal of natural defects also to make Block in cutting Size form then cutting of Block to transform into slabs is done either on Single Saw Cutter or Multi Saw Cutter machine.
GRINDING PROCESS
Grinding process is done to make slab in proper finish form from the top side to make it suitable for filling of resin chemical in next process.
POLISHING
The machine is employed for creating the sprucing slabs to obtain a smooth surface in various finishes in Mirror Polish, Honed, Leather, Sand blasted, Shot Blasted, Flamed etc.
BRIDGE SAWING
This machine is used to make Slabs in same right angle cut-to-size which is required as specifications according to customer requirement (wherever required).
RESIN TREATMENT
Material which is having pinholes that needed to be treated are filled up with high quality resin chemical then left for drying.
EDGE PROFILING
The process which is for the trimming of edges of the slabs or cut-to-size as demanded according to requirements in Bull Nose Edge, Chiseled, Chamfer, Ogee etc.(wherever required)
PACKAGING
To supply in intact way our products to clients location we always keep an eyes on packaging process in way of Pallets, Stryofoam boxes & Crates.

Marble Process

ROUGH BLOCKS
Raw Marble blocks received from Quarries located at India, Italy, Spain, Vietnam, Turkey etc.
DRESSING OF BLOCKS
Block is being dressed from sides which requires to remove natural defects and also to make Block in sawing machine size form.
BLOCK REINFORCEMENT
To ensures minimum breakage of Slabs during Sawing process, dressed block is reinforced with Fiber glass net & binding agent (wherever required).
GRINDING PROCESS
Grinding process is done to make slab in proper finish form from the top side to make it suitable for filling of resin chemical in next process (wherever required).
NET REINFORCEMENT ON SLABS
To make it safe during transportation and safe handling Fiber net is reinforced on back side of slabs which is bare-assed off before fixing at site by the marble fitter (wherever required).
BLOCK SAWING
Reinforced chemical treated block is then placed on Sawing machine trolley with a wooden wedge and a mixture of Gypsum with wood wool at specified angle.
RESIN TREATMENT
Material which is having hairline cracks, minor cracks and also invisible cracks that needed to be treated are filled up with high quality resin chemical then left for drying (wherever required).
BRIDGE SAWING
